The Pointer Driver is an application designed for the drivers, enabling them to view their safety information and manage their tasks.
Drivers can view their safety information, understand their score components (which maneuvers they generated, severity, etc.), and understand what score they were given following each trip, including a drill-down option to better understand where a maneuver was performed, what was their score, and more. Drivers can also view the fleet Safety score, understand their position, and improve their personal score accordingly.
In addition, drivers can use the app to view their task list assigned to them via the Tasks & Route Management module by the fleet manager. They can approve or reject the task and provide data in real-time about their progress (if they have reached the task location, perform the task successfully, etc.).
The Pointer Installer application is designed for certified TSP installers, allowing them to verify that the telematics device installation was performed according to the instructions, and to make sure that it is working 100% correctly.
